The temp agency of this food manufacturer commissioned us to create an introductory training package to teach the safety and hygiene rules in two different plants. After a compact introduction of the production process, several topics are highlighted: work organization, food safety and hygiene, housekeeping, safety around machinery and forklift trucks, hazardous products, first aid and environmental care. For optimal retention, each topic was filmed at both sites, to make sure trainees recognize the setting. A test at the end of the program consists of randomized multiple choice questions.
