This biscuit and candy factory had two programs made, one for employees and one for contractors, to introduce these target groups to the safety and environmental regulations, with a special emphasis on hygiene and food safety. The interactive program is PC based, but a linear version was supplied as well for classroom training. While the contractor version is compact and direct, the personnel version takes more time to increase the awareness for the corporate HSE philosophy.
